Definite upgrade from original The Bad: the upper thread attachment for the pump had a cross thread. I was able to fix it, but hey, it is new. The upper valve seat was not seated. It took some trouble shooting before I figured out it was leaking the air out faster than I could disconnect the pump and get the cover cap on. Easy fix once diagnosed.

way better than stock spring shock I installed this shock on my diamondback recoil, I love it. It is so much better than the stock spring shock. I just ordered another one for my other bike. Dont forget to order a shock pump.
