This bad design causes the remote to lock on any minor … This shock has a significant design flaw in that it is designed to be “unlocked” when the remote is compressed (under pressure) and “locked” when the remote is released. This bad design causes the remote to lock on any minor loss of preassure. The tiniest leak will result in the shock locking up and becoming none functional. This is exasperated by the fact that the materials choices and design causes this shock to leak like a sieve. The design did not allow for the use of an o-ring or any other means to insure proper seals and at required torque both bleed ports leak. The shocks remote also appears to be leaking around the rabbit/turtle adjustment knob where a 360 degree swivel exists for the remote attachment but apparently wasn’t designed or manufactured to the proper tolerances to allow for a functional device. I am seeing multiple points of failure entirely because of design choices
