I like these liners a lot. I generally wear a size 14 and ordered extra large as most bike shorts tend to run small if anything. As other reviewers mention, the shorts do run large. The large would probably be a better fit but I sort of like the looser fit on these. They don’t indent your legs like other shorts and yet they still stay in place. The padding is very cushy yet it is flexible and doesn’t give you that diaper feel that some bike shorts have. I wear them under regular shorts when I want a more casual look. You could also get away with wearing them on their own. They may be the most comfortable bike shorts I have worn and I have put many many miles on various bicycles.

Great liner This liner is exactly what I was looking for — something to wear under my regular pants and shorts to give me medium cushioning while riding. And the price is reasonable. So many of these cycling shorts are crazy-expensive.
