Not enough clearance. Well built, sturdy rack, but the geometry was not suitable to my touring frame. The rack’s front vertical tube’s angle and mounting position bring the rack too far forward, creating a serious lack of heal clearance and making the top virtually unusable for baskets or crates or bags more than a few inches tall. The provided mounting hardware will also cause some difficulty with cantilever brakes on some bikes. The adjustable struts barely worked with my brakes. Returning.

A good value with great versatility. This is a very fine deal for those looking for something a bit more serious than the cheapest racks, but not yet willing to invest in the highest end (e.g. Tubus) for three times the price. This rack will work for 99% of use cases assuming your bike had rack mounts (and if not p-clamps would work well.)
