Rusted item. Bait and switch: NOT the brand depicted, but for an “F” rated business on BBB. I bought this for an out-of-state friend and had it shipped to him, directly. He’s reported (and has sent me pictures in proof) that the item appears to have been stored for a long time. It’s already got rust on the components. The label on the unit reads “MotoBatteries.com” not Kage Racing, as advertised. MotoBatteries.com is an “F” rated business in the Better Business Bureau directory. See for yourself…

Great bike carrier–terrible tower OK, so this is a very mixed review. If you are going to use this to hold bicycles, it is the best bargain on Amazon. For under $50 it effectively carries three bikes. It is easy to install and very easy to load and unload bicycles. However, if you are using this to hold bikes AND tow, it won’t work. The thing is the “hitch” part is much too long. The farther the ball is from the car, the less the car can tow–its a physics thing. Thus if you are pulling a sailboat, or Jet Ski–go for…
