Good value for DIY’er I bought this bike for my 9 year old daughter. The product looked exactly as advertised. I shopped it around and decided to buy from Amazon to save money because I could handle any assembly tasks. It comes with the rear gear assembly already intact on the rear wheel which is already installed on the frame. I had to insert the front wheel into the fork, and insert the handle bars, seat post, peddles, and brake cables. The brake cables look more difficult than they are. Once you start the process it becomes clear what you have to do to get them inserted. They were adjusted pretty well out of the box. However, I did adjust them a bit for my daughters preference. I also adjusted the handle bars because she wanted it rotated higher, which in turn rotates the brake levers forward toward the ground. She was okay with the location of the brake levers so I did not rotate more parallel to the ground. The assembly instructions indicated that some tools were included. However, there were none in…
