When you open the package, look at the INSIDE part of the cardboard flap that holds the top of the bag closed and you’ll see a diagram. Here’s how I did things:1.) The arms of the apparatus (the 2 long, large, bent pieces of metal) have black caps that fit on the top. The caps may have a tendency to fall off. Take a strong adhesive (I love Gorilla Superglue, never dries out, can be used over and over) and glue the caps into place. While that’s drying…2.) Put on latex or nitrile gloves (optional)3.) Take apart the wheels and the assembly hardware (nuts, bolts, washers). Brush some grease all over the threads and all surfaces of these to deter rust and allow easier tightening with reduced risk of stripping threads. I also painted some grease inside the center of the wheel, figuring it wouldn’t hurt its ability to spin freely.
